I'll be using Yahoo's "percentage rostered" data. Players are listed in order of priority, by position. Only players who are available in at least 75% percent of leagues are considered.
These three players are rostered in most leagues, but would be priority adds over anyone mentioned in this column if available in your league.
Rookie WR Romeo Doubs, a fourth-round rookie, took advantage of a depleted WR room by hauling in all eight targets for 73 yards and a score. WR Sammy Watkins entered this week on IR and will miss at least four games. Doubs has significant appeal moving forward as he establishes himself as a consistent option for QB Aaron Rodgers.

Veteran RB Mark Ingram continues to have fantasy relevance. Teammate Alvin Kamara lost a fumble early in the game, and Ingram scored from five yards out in the second half. Aside from having high-end value as a handcuff, Ingram holds deeper league flex appeal as he’s topped 20 snaps in each game (PFF).

An undrafted rookie, RB Jaylen Warren is passing the eye test. On Thursday night, he racked up 30 rushing yards on just four carries. He had another big gain called back by a penalty. RB Najee Harris has been inefficient and has already dealt with injury this season.
The Steelers’ No. 2 RB in rushing attempts last season was Benny Snell with 36. Warren has 11 attempts through three weeks but has emerged as an explosive secondary option. He has some appeal as a handcuff to Harris.

RB D’Andre Swift, who was already dealing with an ankle injury, suffered a sprained shoulder that could force him to miss time. It reportedly doesn’t need surgery but will be something to monitor. RB Jamaal Williams is the obvious benefactor, but RB Craig Reynolds could get additional touches.
During a three-week stretch last season, Reynolds averaged more than 18 opportunities and almost 11 fantasy points/game. He’s worth a look if you roster Williams as Reynolds becomes the upside stash.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (7) yells as he takes the field before the start of Sunday's game against the Colts. The Jaguars went into the first half with a 17 to 0 lead over the Colts. The Jacksonville Jaguars hosted the Indianapolis Colts at TIAA Bank field in Jacksonville, FL Sunday, September 18, 2022. The WR2 role for the Jaguars remains fluid behind Christian Kirk, but Zay Jones continues to make his case. Jones (24) is second on the team in targets behind Kirk (27), and QB Trevor Lawence is starting to look like the prospect we all wanted him to be. Jones is averaging almost 55 snaps/game (PFF) and will continue to have a role in this offense.

WR KJ Osborn scored his first TD of the season after finishing last season strong. Admittedly, much of his success in 2021 came in the absence of WR Adam Thielen. In games without Thielen, Osborn averaged more than 12 points/game. Head coach Kevin O’Connell ran 3WR sets 86% of the time with the Rams last year, and Osborn has already been averaging north of 40 snaps/game this season (PFF).
Osborn tied Thielen for the team lead in targets with eight (19.5% target share) and paced the team with 73 receiving yards (28% receiving share).

RB JK Dobbins made his season debut in Week 3, but it was RB Justice Hill who, once again, was the Ravens’ most efficient tailback. Hill now has racked up 76 yards on just nine attempts over the last two weeks. He’s also seen his backfield snap count increase each week (PFF).
Dobbins holds the most fantasy appeal moving forward, but Hill could continue to carve out a meaningful, efficient role.

RB David Montgomery suffered an ankle/knee injury in the first half and did not return. This paved the way for RBs Khalil Herbert and Trestan Ebner (a sixth-round rookie) to earn more carries. Montgomery is currently considered day-to-day, but if he misses time, Herbert would slide into the starting spot. Ebner became an intriguing stash after he totaled 23 yards on seven carries.

Veteran RB Jerick McKinnon hasn’t had much standalone value this season, but he’s still worth stashing on your bench. He’s averaging more than seven opportunities/game and, on an offense led by QB Patrick Mahomes, that’s something you want on your team.

After a healthy scratch in Week 1, rookie RB Tyler Allgeier has 16 carries for 55 yards over the last two weeks. His opportunity came on the heels of veteran RB Damien Williams being placed on IR, where he will remain for at least two more weeks.
Allgeier did top 1,600 yards and score 23 TDs last season at BYU, but he will remain behind RB Cordarrelle Patterson in the pecking order. He’s simply a depth stash.

QB Ryan Tannehill has a pair of 20+ point performances sandwiched around a two-point dud.
Their Week 4 opponent (Colts) have given up at least 20 points in two of three games. Despite an inconsistent start to the season, Tannehill has an elite RB and ample receivers to provide a meaningful spot-start for your fantasy team.

Veteran QB Jacoby Brissett has demonstrated admirable command of the Browns’ offense through three weeks. He’s averaging over 30 passing attempts/game and has topped 220 passing yards in consecutive weeks. The offense runs through RBs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt, but if you are desperate, Brissett is almost free.

If you can forgive the Titans for giving up 41 points to the Bills in Week 2, they’ve only given up 21 and 22 points, respectively in their other two games. They’ve racked up a pair of INTs, three forced fumbles, and seven sacks on the year.
In Week 4, the Titans square off with a Colts team averaging just 13.3 points/game.

Heading into Week 3, the Giants held their first two opponents to a combined 36 points. They’ve totaled three sacks and three forced fumbles.
They have a Week 4 matchup with a Bears team averaging just 17.3 points/game and could also be without their starting RB (Montgomery).

David Bell (Available in 99% of leagues)
Rookie WR David Bell could be the playoff hammer you need to win your league. He only has two catches through three weeks, but he’s seen his snap count jump this season (PFF).
Bell compares well to elite slot receivers Keenan Allen and Jarvis Landry based on his college production, athletic profile, and draft capital. The talented rookie could pair exceptionally well with QB Deshaun Watson once the latter finishes his suspension.

Look, it was fun.
Preseason hype is a different animal. It’s our first taste of real football after a long offseason, and we can’t help but (over) react. But at the end of the day, rookie RB Isiah Pacheco is still a Round 7 pick and the third on the Chiefs’ RB depth chart. His 12 carries in Week 1 came in garbage time, and he’s totaled just five carries since. It’s time to move on.
Someone has to break the news to you, so it might as well be me. TE Cole Kmet no longer deserves a spot on your roster.
Your guess is as good as mine as to why Kmet has exactly two receptions through three weeks. Sophomore QB Justin Fields isn’t even averaging 100 passing yards/game. What’s the saying about data points? One is a dot, two is a line, and three is a trend. The trend isn’t great. Literally, any other TE will offer you more utility.
